2. Services Overview

Digital Nexus Media provides the following services:

• CRM Platform: Cloud-based business management software including lead management, HR & payroll, sales tracking, and analytics.
• Railway Advertising: Advertising placements across railway stations in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
• Digital Marketing: SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance advertising.
• Web & Mobile Development: Custom website development, e-commerce platforms, web applications, and mobile app development.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account on our CRM platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. CRM Platform Terms

• You retain ownership of all data you enter into the CRM platform.
• We provide the platform on an "as-is" basis and will make reasonable efforts to ensure uptime and reliability.
• You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purposes or to store prohibited content.
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice, during which the platform may be temporarily unavailable.
• Subscription fees are billed as per the agreed plan. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

5. Railway Advertising Terms

• Advertising placements are subject to availability and railway authority approvals.
• All advertising content must comply with Indian Railways advertising guidelines and applicable laws.
• We reserve the right to reject advertising content that is offensive, misleading, or violates any regulations.
• Campaign durations and pricing are as specified in the service agreement.
• Refunds for cancelled campaigns are subject to our cancellation policy and railway authority terms.

6. Digital Marketing Terms

• Marketing campaign results depend on various factors and we do not guarantee specific outcomes or ROI.
• Ad spend budgets are managed as per the agreed plan; actual spend may vary based on platform auction dynamics.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your products/services comply with advertising platform policies.
• Campaign reports and analytics will be shared as per the agreed reporting schedule.

7. Web & Mobile Development Terms

• Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the project proposal or statement of work.
• Intellectual property of custom-developed solutions transfers to the client upon full payment.
• We retain the right to use general frameworks, libraries, and reusable components in future projects.
• Post-delivery support and maintenance are provided as per the agreed terms.
• Change requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

8. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are as specified in the service agreement or invoice.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable taxes (GST) will be charged as per prevailing rates.
• Late payments may attract interest and/or service suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Digital Nexus Media Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement as per the terms specified therein. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in migrating your data. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
