Project fees
Fees for design, development and consulting work are governed by the project agreement. Advance payments cover work already scheduled and are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Advertising spend
Media spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta, and digital signage slots already played, cannot be refunded.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions to our platforms can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
